l Application:
1. Period: From June 19th (Monday) to August 7th (Monday)
2. How to Apply:
a) Visit KCC Website (http://canada.korean-culture.org) to DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION PACKAGE.
b) Complete the application form and receipt form.
c) Submit your 1) application form and receipt form, 2) application fee, 3) 1 copy of your valid photo ID, and 4) two copies of your photos (or 1 electronic file) to the KCC in person or by mail or by email :
i. In Person/Mailing address: 150 Elgin Street, Unit 101, Ottawa, ON, K2P 1L4
* In case of mailing, ONLY CHEQUE and MONEY ORDER is acceptable (Please do not mail cash).
ii. E-mail address: canada@korea.kr
In case of submitting the application form via email, you are required to pay your application fee either in person or by mail.
* You cannot take the TOPIK without submitting your valid ID photo(s).
3. Required Documents:
a) Application Form
b) Application Fee
c) 1 copy of valid photo ID (E.g., Driving license, passport)
d) 2 copies of an IDENTICAL ID photo (3mm x 40mm)
* Photo Specifications: Same as the Canadian passport photo specifications except the size.
4. Application Fee: TOPIK I $20.00; TOPIK II $40.00

The terms and conditions of the test are subject to change without notice. Please be aware that the test may be cancelled if the number of applicants does not reach the minimum requirement to run the test. In that case, the application fee will be returned.
