[2023 Korea Week] Traditional K-Food Experience (06.12)
As a part of 2023 Korea Week, the KCC is hosting a special program, 'Traditional K-Food Experience,' on Monday, June 12, 2023.
Enjoy and learn more about Korean traditional cuisine with instructors from the Institute of Traditional Korean Food.

- Lecture: Royal Cuisine Culture of Chosun Dynasty
- Exhibition: The King's Teatime & Noodletime
- Cooking Class: Dasik (Korean traditional tea snack)
- Tasting: Guksu (noodle), Gangjeong (also called Yugwa. deef-fried rice puff coated with rice syrup or honey and crumbles)

* Venue: KCC Canada Auditorium

* Due to limited space, only the first 20 applicants per session will be accepted for offline class.
