*Courses with A will cover the first half of the textbook and the courses with B will cover the second half of the textbook

✱︎Class Size: 12 max. (If a class does not meet half of its maximum capacity, it may be cancelled.)

 - very few copies will be available for purchase at KCC.

 - textbook purchase forms will open on Friday, August 11th at 1 pm 

 - cash only, must pick up at KCC

How to register: 

1. Complete the registration form 

- https://forms.gle/UkrYDFUziQ5TJhAr5 - Registration will begin on Friday, August 4th at 10 am (ET)

2. Make the payment 

- Please avoid making payment prior to receiving a confirmation email from KCC. This email will include detailed instructions on how to make the payment so please wait until you receive the email. 

- KCC only accepts cash (in person only), cheques and money orders by mail or in person. Any other methods (e.g. e-transfer, PayPal, debit cards, etc.) are NOT accepted. No exceptions will be made so please do not email us about this. 

- Please make sure to complete your payment within 2 weeks of receiving the confirmation email. If not, your spot will be given away to those on the waiting list. 

Paying in person (Cash, cheques and money orders)

- Visit KCC during its business hours Monday - Friday from 9-5 pm (Closed during lunch from 12-1 pm).

- Please show the confirmation email to the receptionist for further assistance.

- If paying in cash, please make sure to bring the exact amount. If not, your registration fee will not be processed. 

Mailing (Cheques and money orders)

- Please mail your cheque and/or money order to 150 Elgin St. #101 Ottawa ON K2P 1L4 - Payable to "Embassy of Korea"

- Please make sure all the necessary information is filled in, including your signature on the front. If the name on the cheque is different from the name of the registrant, please write the registrant's name in the memo.

- Please do not staple your cheque and/or money order.

*No refunds after Friday, September 22nd, 2023 

Confirmation emails will start to be sent out on Tuesday, August 8th. Due to the high volume of registrations, please wait until Wednesday, August 16th to email KCC about the registration status. 

Any emails sent prior to this date will only cause more delays.
