K-Pop Gala Application Process

1. Submit the application form (link below) - one per team.

2. Upload your cover or practice dance video on YouTube (at least 1 minute and 30 seconds long) and include the link in the application form.

Application Form: https://forms.gle/LQ5NTUrvEJN2WX7V7

Please read the following carefully:

1. Each individual may participate in up to two performances.

2. Please use a recent cover or practice dance video (within the last 2 years) for your application.

3. If there are teams with overlapping song preferences, song priority will be given to the team that submits the application first.

4. Successful teams will be contacted individually.

5. We recommend keeping the team size to a maximum of around 15 members due to venue capacity limitations.

6. The members appearing in the submitted video must be the same as those performing at the gala. No additions are allowed. In exceptional, unforeseen circumstances, absences or substitutions of up to one-third of the team may be allowed.

7. Preliminary applicant team selections will be based on the quality of the performance in the submitted video. If more teams are selected than there are performance slots, participants will be chosen by random draw.

8. Teams with 4 or less members may perform a song or mix that is up to 4 minutes in length. Teams with 5 or more members can perform a song or mix that is up to 6 minutes in length.

9. K-Pop songs should be the main song (part) of the performance.

10. There will be no honorarium offered to performing teams as this is a voluntary event.
