The Korean Cultural Centre Canada is recruiting instructors who can organize and teach Korean cultural courses to Canadian residents. Please read the following details carefully to apply for the positions.

Recruitment Fields:

1. Courses on Korean culture for local Canadians (examples include: K-pop dance, Gayageum, Janggu, Danso, Daegeum, Haegeum, Korean traditional dance, Hanji crafts, Korean language, Korean cuisine, Taekwondo, and other suggested areas).

2-1. Applicants must reside in Canada (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa) and be able to conduct in-person classes.

2-2. Applicants must reside in Canada and be able to conduct online classes (with occasional offline events as needed).

*For Ottawa applicants: Visits to elementary, middle, and high schools may be required.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

● Ability to conduct classes in English or French

● Preferred: At least one relevant certification

● Preferred: Degree in a related field

● Required (for Korean language courses): Korean language teaching certification

● Detailed Lesson Plan (template provided)

● Previous Course Report/Portfolio (format flexible)

Responsibilities:

● Organizing and teaching courses

● Attendance management

● Assisting in securing class venues (rental costs may be supported by the Korean Cultural Centre)
