2025 K-Pop Gala Registration is now OPEN!

The Korean Cultural Centre is hosting the 2025 K-Pop Gala on Saturday, December 6, at the Algonquin Commons Theatre! This is your chance to celebrate your love and passion for K-Pop by performing your choice of cover dance with your team.

Location: Algonquin Commons Theatre (1385 Woodroffe Ave, Ottawa, ON)

Application Period: October 10 - November 2, 2025 (23:59 ET)

Results Announcement: November 7, 2025

K-Pop Gala Application Process:

1. Submit the application form (link below) - one per team.

2. Upload your cover dance video on YouTube (at least 1 minute and 30 seconds long) and include the link in the application form.

Please read the following carefully:

• 1.Each individual may participate in up to two performances.

• 2.Please use a recent cover dance video for your application. 

• 3.If there are teams with overlapping songs, song priority will be given to the team that submits the application first.

• 4.Successful teams will be contacted individually. 

• 5.If your team gets accepted, you will have until Wednesday, November 12, to submit your final song choice. After November 12, no changes will be allowed.

• 6.We recommend keeping the team size to a maximum of around 10 members due to the size of the stage, but it is not mandatory.

• 7.The members appearing in the submitted video must be the same as those performing at the gala. No additions or substitutions are allowed. In exceptional, unforeseen circumstances, KCC may allow absences of up to one-third of the team.
