The Korean Cultural Centre is pleased to invite the public to the Taekwondo Workshop, part of the on-going 2018 Korea Week, and will take place at the Korean Cultural Centre on Tuesday June 26, from 12:00pm to 1:30pm.

Have you had interest in the Korean traditional martial art, but never got around to starting? This is your chance to find out what it’s about in this introductory workshop.

We will introduce some of the founding principles of Taekwondo, its basic movements and patterns, and focus on its role as a sport for the body and soul.

We invite one of the top local Taekwondo schools in Ottawa, Tae E. Lee Taekwondo’s Master David Silverman to introduce us to the basics. After the workshop, you will be invited for a Korean lunch reception to talk to Taekwondo practitioners and learn more about Taekwondo!
